These terms cover your use of Layered London and any order you place with us. By using this site or placing an order, you're agreeing to them.

 

Who We Are

Layered London is an online platform based in the UK, curating and selling fragrances from independent fragrance houses. Where a product is made by a specific house, that house is credited on the product page.

 

Orders and Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP and include UK tax where applicable. We take reasonable care to make sure prices and product information are accurate, but mistakes can happen. If we spot a pricing or listing error after you've ordered, we'll contact you before proceeding, and you're free to cancel.

 

Placing an order through the site is an offer to buy, not a confirmed sale. We accept your order when we send a dispatch confirmation. Until then, we reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example if a fragrance is unexpectedly out of stock.

 

Your Account

If you create an account with us, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for anything that happens under your account.

 

Product Information

We describe fragrance notes, ingredients and characteristics as accurately as we can, based on information from each house. Scent is personal, and how a fragrance wears can vary from person to person.

 

Intellectual Property

All content on this site - photography, copy, brand names and logos belongs to Layered London or the fragrance houses we work with, and shouldn't be reproduced without permission.

 

Limitation of Liability

We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or your order, beyond what's required by UK law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

 

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

 

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time as the business grows. The current version will always be posted here.
