Shipping policy

We handle every order ourselves, and we'd rather you knew exactly what to expect than have to guess.

 

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships, along with tracking information.

 

UK Delivery

Standard tracked delivery within the UK typically takes 2-4 working days from dispatch. Every order is sent using a tracked courier service to make sure your fragrance arrives safely.

 

International Delivery

We ship to a wide range of countries across Europe, North America, Asia Pacific and the Middle East. International delivery typically takes 5-10 working days from dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.

 

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs, as we have no control over what they may be.

 

Tracking

Every order is sent with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in a while or your parcel seems delayed, get in touch via our Contact page and we'll look into it with the courier on your behalf.

 

Lost or Damaged Parcels

In the rare event your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.
