Refund policy

We want you to feel completely confident buying from an independent house you may not have tried before. Here's exactly where you stand.

 

Your 14-Day Right to Return

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. In line with standard hygiene practice across the fragrance industry, we can only accept returns on fragrances that are unused, unopened and with any hygiene seal intact.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If a bottle arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, this doesn't apply - we'll offer a full refund or replacement regardless of whether it's been opened. This is your right under UK consumer law, and we'll honour it without any back and forth.

 

How to Start a Return

Get in touch via our Contact page with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll confirm the next steps and where to send it back to.

 

Refunds

Once we've received and checked your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. We'll email you to confirm once it's done.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on any fragrance that has been opened, used, or where the seal has been removed, unless the item is faulty.
